所謂5 forces

I am interested in user's practical experience in using Porter's theory to analyse and position its organisation in real world.  That is redundant to quote websites of Competitive Forces.  Does it mean your quote is absolute?  Otherwise, I suggest using the book of Competitive Strategy written by Michael Porter.  That is the original version.

Firstly, i do appreciate discussion based on fair tones but not tones with offense.
Secondly, all models are designed for analysis. The conclusion varies from people. You can disagree my conclusion with your OWN developed point of view, again, but not a sense of offense.

If you cannot offer any your RATIONAL point of view, i cant see any value for the discussion
