Any tips for getting off this plateau?

Hello,

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and frustrated, musically, at the moment: so many things to prepare (songs for the upcoming jam, songs for my band - some on bass, some on guitar, some with vocals as well - songs for my lesson, songs to jam on with my friend, songs I can strum and sing for myself...in an ideal world, participation in the Weekly Jam...), but also a desperate need to improve my technique, learn more theory...
I know I'm being impatient and may have bitten off more than I can chew...when I go to my music room to practice I have a hard time focusing and get frustrated, feeling I'm not making any headway.
I know what I should do is set up a practice regimen: warm-up, finger exercises, scales, songs in some kind of order; but I can't seem to manage it.
I know there's no magical solution, just hard work, but was wondering if any of you had any tips/strategies for getting organised and getting on with it, without having it turn into drudgery...

Thanks,

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
